Death by Burpees + Shuttle Runs

Rx:
For Rounds:
     • 1st min: 10 Burpees + 10m Shuttle Run
     • 2nd min: 10 Burpees + 20m Shuttle Run
     • 3rd min: 10 Burpees + 30m Shuttle Run
     • …

* If you reach 5 minutes, on the 6th minute you can drop the burpees to 5 and carry on until failure.
