     • 100m Run + 5 Burpees + 5 V-Ups

Strength
     • 4 x 3 Front Squats + 3 Back Squats @ 80% of 1RM of Front Squat
     • 30 Knees-to-Elbows in Plank Position

WOD
15’ AMRAP of:
     • 3 Squat Cleans (185 / 135 lbs)
     • 6 Pistols
     • 9 Handstand Push-Ups (HSPUs)

1RM = 1 Rep Max
AMRAP = As Many Reps as Possible
